At Blue Sea Foundation, we’re delighted to highlight the incredible work happening at the Ontario Finnish Rest Home. Founded in the 1970s by dedicated volunteers, this community has grown to support over 400 seniors, providing not just a home but a vibrant village where seniors can thrive.

While some may ask why fundraising is necessary for a home supported by the Ministry of Long-Term Care, the team believes in delivering “better than basic” services. Their participation in The Grand Parade is a testament to this commitment. This P2P fundraising event helps fund crucial upgrades and improvements for their residents, ensuring they receive the best care possible.
